First Look: Gears of War 3 Wave 1 Action Figures

Here's our first look at the Gears of War 3 action figures featuring the game's hero Marcus Fenix amongst other characters.

After what feels like months of preparation (because it has been), NECA is finally proud to say that our first series of Gears of War 3 action figures is now available! Gears of War 3 Series 1 features three all-new figures of some of our favorite COGs from the latest installment in the Epic Games franchise. Marcus Fenix returns as the lead in both the game and our line of figures, and he’s joined by Clayton Carmine and the newest of the COG forces, Anya Stroud!

Things are pretty tough for the COGs these days, what with the flooding of Jacinto, Chairman Prescott abandoning the Coalition of Ordered Governments, everyone’s having to leave Vectes, Marcus finding out his father is still alive, and so on. It wouldn’t be Gears if the story wasn’t as in-depth as the action, the gameplay and the graphics, and since its release in September, Gears of War 3 has proven to be the most immersive yet. As such, a game of this magnitude calls for a special kind of action figure, and that’s just what we’ve given it.

Each of our Gears of War 3 Series 1 figures has over 30 points of articulation — including the ab crunch (those are so good for you), double-elbows, pectoral movement and more — detail like never before on new sculpts that reflect the characters’ looks in the new game, and the most intricate Lancers we’ve ever made!
