Justice League # 0 Spoilers - The Coolness that is Shazam

Shazam formerly Captain Marvel makes his grand debut in the pages of Justice League # 0 written by Geoff Johns with art by Gary Frank.

I loved this issue focusing on Shazam aka Billy Batson. He gets transported to the Rock of Eternity as well as we get to see the seven deadly sins that are housed within the rock. Billy and the Wizard does some witty banter until the Wizard finally teaches Billy the words to transform into Shazam. And transfer he does...

When he returns to the real world, Billy proceeds to trash the local bully's car which was pretty hilarious....\

Told you it was hilarious...

On their way back Billy/Shazam also saves a woman from a mugger...

And then both kids realize what's in store for them, they're gonna be rich.

I love that pose that Billy strikes when Freddie shouts "We're gonna be rich!"

In the backup story that comes along with the book we see the Wizard again makes his appearance this time to Pandora and apologizes for their misjudging.This is also the first issue where The Question makes an appearance.
