Congratulations to Comicx Hub for Launching CASTLE GEEK

Congratulations are in order for Comicx Hub for two things. One is celebrating their first year anniversary and second for the opening of Castle Geek, the newest comic book shop nestled in Makati.

 

The new shop opens in The Collective in Malugay Street Makati. 

Okay, honestly speaking we arrived to the party fashionably late (that's because I was busy with our Flipgeeks booth for Cosplay Mania 12).

Nevertheless for the time we were there (and by we, I mean the entire Flipgeeks crew) we had a lot of fun and we were sincerely wishing well for Lawrence Sol Cruz and the rest of the hardworking guys and gals of Comicx Hub.

The event featured a special sale on variant covers together with a few fun games. The Pinoy Minimates Collectors were also present to showcase their awesomely cute minimates (including an Avengers vs X-Men minimates and diorama)...

There's also a special signing session by some of the best local artists in the Comics industry including friends Heubert Khan Michael, Ruben Nacion, Aaron Felizmenio and many more.

Of course there's a fine group of men and women who were present during the launching of Castle Geek as well as a few creatures of the night...

Overall if was a fun experience attending that night and I sincerely wish for more power for Comicx Hub and Castle Geek. I also want to commend the owner Lawrence for picking out such a good spot for opening the next new phase for this great brand/ store.
