The Joker returns and kills some of Jim Gordon's staff in GCPD. Batman is a bit anxious to find out what the Joker has planned especially since he went missing for a full year.
Batman secretly watches over the mayor who he is convinced would be Joker's next victim only to find out that its actually the police officers guarding the mayor that'll die... horribly if I may add. The clues lead Bats to the ACE Chemical plant where the Joker was "born". Bats encounters Harley Quinn who spring a trap...
So where was Joker the whole time? Well apparently he snuck into Wayne Manor and laid a trap for poor Alfred...
