In this issue Ultimate version of Betty Brant digs the dirt on who the new Spider-Man is. She presents the facts to J. Jonah Jameson but the story gets shot down. She continues to dig further finding out that the now-deceased Prowler has a brother (who happens to be Miles Morales' father).
At the end of the investigation she gets the surprise of her life when Peter Parker's rogue pays her apartment a visit.
Whether Betty Brant is alive or not is still up in the air, but welcome back Venom. Ironically, in the 616 universe Betty and the current host for the Venom symbiote seems to be an item - Flash Thompson.
