WOWOW to Screen Live Action xxxHOLIC

A true teenager of the late 90s and early 2000s will smile a devilish smile upon hearing the Japanese channel known as WOWOW. Let's not dwell on that however and focus on the more important fact such as the first look at Anne Watanabe and Shota Sometani in character for the live-action adaptation of the CLAMP manga classic 'xxxHOLIC'.

As mentioned earlier, the film will be shown in WOWOW and will run for eight episodes.

To save time in oogling Googling Anne, here's a factoid for us damned gainjin toads. She is a fashion model in her native Japan and is also the daughter of that great Japanese actor Ken Watanabe who played Saito in Inception and Ras Al Ghul in Batman Begins.

xxxHOLIC is slated for release on February, 2013.
