Injustice Gods Among Us # 4 Pulls a Kingdom Come

Spoilers for Injustice: Gods Among Us # 4 as we finally find out what Superman does to the Joker.

Also again I have to remind you - SPOILER ALERT!

After The Joker f**ks up Superman bad (the dude kills Lois Lane, their unborn baby and blows up Metropolis), Superman decides he's had enough and flies off to Arkham and does this to the Joker.

If you think about it, this panel is actually an inversion of that scene in Kingdom Come where the Joker gets iced by Magog...
