It's the beginning of A vs. SM or Avengers versus Spider-Man in Superior Spider-Man # 7 by Dan Slott and Humberto Ramos.
I swear this issue was so short, I could tell you the main gist in three sentence.
"Cardiac and Spider-Man fight after the former steals something from somewhere. Spider-Man tries to cook up something to find Cardiac but is called in by the Avengers. Avengers and Spidey talk a bit but because of his arrogance, things get worse."
Now for the spoilers,
Y'know I'm actually happy that the Avengers didn't make it a big deal that Otto killed Massacre. Because if they did they'd be called Earth's Mightiest Hypocrites. Look, Caps killed Nazis during World War II, Thor has killed hundreds of giants, trolls and dragons. Wolverine's sliced up a lot of bad guys and so on and so forth.
Slott made it instead of focusing on killing opponents, they're more concerned about Spidey brutalizing his enemies like what he did to Boomerang and friends in Superior # 1 or what he did to Screwball and Jester in # 6.
I missed Humberto Ramos' art for this book. I also loved that pose he drew for Peter Parker/ Spider-Man in the last page. Very snivelling, conniving. Good job on that. Now we know how pathetic Parker would be if he were a villain, a scheming villain.
