Thor: The Dark World Trailer 2 Spells War

The second trailer for Marvel Studios' THOR: THE DARK WORLD has been unleashed and it definitely set the tone for the new movie directed by Alan Taylor.

Also here's the full poster for the film which will star Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Rene Russo, Kat Dennings, Idris Elba and Christopher Eccleston.

So the last part is actually a throwback to the very first issue of Thor (yes, the one where Donald Blake discovers mjolnir, turns into Thor and foils and alien invasion of stone men)...

Synopsis: In the aftermath of Marvel’s "Thor" and "Marvel’s The Avengers," Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos...but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin (Anthony Hopkins) and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster (Natalie Portman) and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all.
