Gutten Morgen! Here are two photos featuring Rurouni Kenshin: The Great Kyoto Fire villain Shishio Makoto (Tatsuya Fujiwara) wearing his costume and in character. A BTS of sorts.

ANN is running a piece about the intricacies of Shishio's costume and you can very well see that they got it. The short version of the article is that they fabricated a suit based on Fujiwara's dimensions that will make it look like the actor is covered by bandages from head to toe.

Production is definitely well underway for the Disney's Star Wars Episode VII.
