Transformers: Age of Extinction star Jack Reynor is poised for bigger Hollywood stardom thanks to a role he reportedly nabbed.
Both AICN and Bleedingcool are reporting that Reynor has been added to the cast of the upcoming Star Wars movie directed by J.J. Abrams.
No details have been revealed regarding what role the Transformers star got but this should be interesting... provided it's a hundred percent accurate. Basically what I'm telling you guys and gals is that "take it with a grain of salt"

Transformers: Age of Extinction Turns Grimlock into Samurai Dino Hybrid
Seen the new redesign for Grimlock from Transformers: Age of Extinction yet? Here's the big boy now in his debut in the Bayverse.
No release date for the figure but it does shed new light on the character, as well as how he'll be treated in the Michael Bay directed fourth outing for the war between the Autobots and the Decepticons.
Fine, they look alike but there's just something wrong about Grimlock's new look. I guess I'm not happy with the paint scheme.
This is where things took the wrong turn for me. First he looks like a samurai warrior in Robot mode. We ditch the classic 'flaming sword' from Generation 1? Here's a comparison between the G1 Grimlock and the AOE version.

There are a couple of new additions for both the Autobots and the Decepticons. Regardless how crappy the movie turns out, I'm still clambering out to see this.

A Bluer Optimus Prime Spotted for Transformers Age of Extinction
The first that popped in my head when I saw this 'first peek' photo of Optimus Prime for Transformers 4 aka Transformers: Age of Extinction was the song 'Bluer than Blue".
So yeah, EMPIRE spills the beans on what's currently available regarding Michael Bay's new movie. But what really struck me here is the complete overhaul they've given for Optimus Prime. Its still too early to make assertions on the look but to say the least it looks 'different'.
Here's the entirety of the photo:
Mark Wahlberg leads the new cast (including Nicola Peltz) on a new adventure which will go from Detroit all the way to Hong Kong and even Cybertron. And it looks like that sword that Optimus is clutching is definitely the Star Saber.

TRANSFORMERS 4 Gets New Title and Teaser Poster
More details 'surface' for TRANSFORMERS 4.
Superherohype shared the new teaser poster for TRANSFORMERS 4 which will now go by TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION.
Of course the film will be directed by the 'Exploding Man' or 'Manong Sabog' (in Filipino), Michael Bay. The movie also stars Mark Wahlberg.
If the rumors are true then we'll also be seeing the DINOBOTS making their grand appearance in the franchise as alluded by the poster and the film's subtitle itself.

Transformers 4 Set Pics Feature Mark Wahlberg Carrying Cybertronian Sword
New photos from the set of Michael Bay's TRANSFORMERS 4 features lead star Mark Wahlberg running around the set with a Cybertronian looking sword. Other photos features Stanley Tucci and Nicola Peltz.
Check out the other photos below:
I'd like to know more about this mysterious sword and why it's so important that Wahlberg's character needs to lug it around while going through the Michael Bay patented run-across-a-field-of-explosions set piece?
Raking my brain for anything and so far the only thing that relates to a sword AND the Autobot-Decepticon war is the Star Saber from Transformers: Armada.
I could be wrong though.

Transformers 4 Adds Freightliner Argosy Quite Possibly Ultra Magnus
Another new vehicle has been added into the list of bots set to appear in Michael Bay's Transformers 4 and it's a freightliner argosy which looks like a little brother for Optimus Prime.
Waitaminute, did I just say 'little brother'? The only 'little brother' for Prime that I know happens to be Ultra Magnus.
The guy is big and pretty powerful and is really a good substitute for Optimus Prime. Maybe there's an all-out war that happens and Optimus needs to call in his best general to fight the Decepticons. But I could be wrong especially since there was no official word with the photo release; for all we know it could actually be Megatron or something.
Still my money's on this freightliner being Ultra Magnus.

The Other Truck in Transformers 4 Isnt Bulkhead
Michael Bay's official web site reveals the identity of the new truck we saw in a previous group pic of the Autobots for Transformers 4. I originally speculated that this was Bulkhead but I was wrong as apparently this is:
Bay describes this as simply as follows:
The always rugged and reliable Hound, one of the Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles from Oshkosh Defense.

New Bumblebee Paintjob and Autobot Group Shot for Transformers 4
A Transformers movie will never be complete without Bumblebee and Paramount just shared the new look for the fan-favorite Autobot for Transformers 4.
Regardless of the color, I'm still happy that they included a Camaro. Boy, that car can certainly grow on you.
The new movie will star Mark Wahlberg together with a new set of cast. But the one constant is that it's still directed by Michael Bay. Meanwhile a new photo also surfaced featuring the complete lineup for the Autobots including what seems to be Bulkhead.

Michael Bay Reveals Custom-Built Optimus Prime for Transformers 4
Fresh after posting the two new autobots (C7 Corvette Stingray and Bugatti Grand Sport Vitesse) Michael Bay has revealed the new, meaner look for Autobot leader Optimus Prime.
The description for this new photo depicts the heroic Transformer's vehicle mode as "completely upgraded, custom-built Optimus Prime from Western Star (a subsidiary of Daimler Trucks North America)."
Check out what it looks like after the cut.
