Phasing Brood and Secret Affairs in A+X # 2

A lot of fun stuff and appealing concepts appeared in A+X # 2 by Chris Bachalo, Peter David and Mike Del Mundo.

In the first story, Chris Bachalo writes and pencils the tale of the two femme fatales for the X-Men and the Avengers: Black Widow and Rogue.

The art in my opinion is such a treat. I really loved the way he did the story and the artwork. One great thing about Bachalo's take on the artwork here is that he does not go and turn this into a cheesecake fest. That could have been so easy to do.

Anyway towards the end, there's a cute little scene where Rogue and Natasha share a necessary girl-to-girl kiss.

Really wondering who that secret affair could be. My money's on Reed Richards.

Meanwhile the Peter David written story featuring Kitty Pryde and Iron Man tells a pretty straightforward story about Tony trying to get Kitty to join Resilient. That goes south the moment Kitty decided to sneeze on a vat of Pym Particles resulting in the creation of Brood warriors with phasing abilities.

Brood warriors take on the Iron Man armors lying around the Resilient office after being led to believe that they will become 'invincible' after controlling them.
