Synopsis: A recently slain cop joins a team of undead police officers working for the Rest in Peace Department and tries to find the man who murdered him.
The film will be released under Universal Studios and is based on R.I.P.D. or Rest In Peace Department comic book from Dark Horse Comics. If I'm not mistaken, Bridges character here has been working with the department since the time of Cowboys which makes him a pretty badass gunslinger.
I'm betting this is going to be released locally by Solar Entertainment if there's no magic that happens. And yes I cannot help but notice that it's giving off an MIB vibe only instead of aliens, they'll be dealing exclusively with ghosts.
