We all know that Batman: Arkham Origins was cool but WB Montreal brings the term to a whole new level with the release of a teaser trailer for Batman: Arkham Origins DLC "Cold Cold Heart".
The new DLC (downloadable content) will feature Arkham-verse Batman's first encounter with the icy Mr. Freeze. The developers add that things will change especially with the introduction of a EC suit (Extreme Condition) which will help Batman take on Freeze's cryogenically-armed thugs and minions.

Cosplay for the Day: Angel M. as Melty Granite
Cosplay for the Day is back folks!!!! And this time I promise to religiously post a cosplay photo (preferably local but not always). For the first foray, here's cosplayer Angel Montecarlo as Melty Granite from the game Shining Hearts.
Melty Du Granite (メルティ・ド・グラニテ) is a "tsundere " witch living apart from society in the game, Shining Hearts. Apart from the protagonist working at the bakery, she oppositely experiments and researches for the tastiest ice cream.
Melty has a long, wavy white hair. She has purple eyes. She wears a typical witch's hat with soft pink frills and a big hot pink ribbon on the side. A thin white bow with a heart-shaped ornament is tied on the tip of the hat. She also wears a pair of small heart-shaped earrings. Her black dress is a shoulder-off and sleeveless model, with tutu skirt. The front bodice of the dress is almost shaped like a corset. Underneath the black dress' skirt also a few layers of soft pink frills. She also wears black gloves that reaches the upper part of her arm with white criss-cross lining. On her feet she wears white sandals/shoes, also with criss-cross design. She wears black garters on her legs, with black ribbon.
Special thanks to the cosplayer for letting me use her photo her.

If you're wondering why I'm happy seeing Bigby Wolf in this game from TellTale well check out this link HERE.
Thank you TELLTALE!
From the makers of the 2012 Game of the Year: The Walking Dead, comes a gritty, violent and mature thriller based on the award-winning Fables comic books (DC Comics/Vertigo).
As Bigby Wolf - THE big bad wolf - you will discover that a brutal, bloody murder is just a taste of things to come in a game series where your every decision can have enormous consequences.
An evolution of Telltale's ground-breaking choice and consequence game mechanics will ensure the player learns that even as Bigby Wolf, Sheriff of Fabletown, life in the big bad city is bloody, terrifying and dangerous.

SPIRAL is the Next Avengers Alliance PVP Reward
My Marvel Avengers Alliance isn't updated as of writing this so I'm only breaking this news as second hand information. Current Uncanny X-Force member Spiral is the next PVP Character reward for the browser game.
So yes it looks like we're in for more late nights PVP-ing our way into getting the six-armed menace into our stable of characters. Here's what she looks like in-game.
I'm betting we get the alternate costume which looks like this:
I miss the headress.
And Now the Official Trailer for the Attack on Titan 3DS Game
Check out this very cool looking trailer for the upcoming Attack on Titan game for the Nintendo 3DS
It's got a release date of December 5 in Japan and most likely will trickle down to North America and the rest of the world in 2014.
Here's to even hoping it gets translated and shipped to other parts of the world. Annnnnnnd I should totally get a 3DS what with this and POKEMON X and POKEMON Y.

Play Batman: Arkham Origins in the Adam West Batman '66 Skin
That's if you will be playing the game with a Playstation 3 console. This and another skin will be available in the "Knightfall Pack" for Batman Arkham Origins.
Here's the full look at the Batman '66 Skin for Batman Arkham Origins:

Newsarama also reports that the Origins "Knightfall Pack" will also consist of a total of five challenge maps. Three of these maps will be combat based and the remaining two will use the Predator gameplay approach much like what we've seen in Arkham City.
Oh and lest I forget, the other Batman skin available for Batman Arkham Origins is the Jean Paul Valley Batman which is the darker, grimmer and more armored version of the Caped Crusader.

Batman Arkham Origins will be released October 25, 2013 and will be released for the Playstation 3, PC and XBox 360.

Marvel Avengers Alliance Spec Ops 13 Guide
Coming clean, I'm an addict for Playdom's Marvel Avengers Alliance and I swear I can effing play this Facebook game for a whole day. That being said, the game just launched it's big "Infinity" tie-in with Special Operations (Spec Ops) # 13 which features Thanos and his Black Order together with Inhuman king Black Bolt and a new hero Thane.
So if you want to get either one of the two, I suggest you start playing the game (which is very INFINITY-spoiler heavy mind you) and hope for the best. I would like to cite The Marvel Avengers Alliance [Philippines] group particularly James Noele Vasquez who created the document.

Then there's also Thane. To get the supposed and rumored 'Son of Thanos' you have to gain themed lockboxes. Here's Thane's bio (special thanks to Bleedingcool):
Additional story for Thane:
"I used to be just a man. Just another healer, nobody of consequence, plying my trade among my people. And then Thanos arrived. How did I get these horrible powers? Why? Did they come from him? All I know is that just as he came to Earth, I… changed. Suddenly I had the power of life and death in my hands. But I could not control it, and the people around me paid the price. Everyone that I had once healed, everyone I knew… dead. I ran before I could kill again, only to find an even greater murderer in my path. Thanos and his lieutenants were coming… for me. This Thanos creature… what does he want from me? If I give myself up to him, will he stop killing people? Or will he just use my powers to kill even more? I need someone to help me understand what I am… what I’ve become. Is that you, Agent? Do you think you can control death itself? I doubt it. But the truth is, I have no other choice. I cannot go back to the way I was, and I cannot go to Thanos. That leaves me with you. But I warn you. Try to use my powers for evil, and I’ll show you what they can do… in abundance."

The Evil Within - A Survival Horror Game to Look Forward To
Bethesda is at it again with a compelling and very creepy game slated for a 2014 release - The Evil Within.
I do love the Japanese title for this game "Psychobreak"; just gives everything away. I saw the first trailer and around the time the lead stars of the game enter the crime scene and examining the CCTV footage I was already going "whoa". Anyway the aforementioned video is posted below:
And during the announcement of the game, Bethesda and developer Tango Gameworks showed a live action teaser which was "Saw" meets "Texas Chainsaw Massacre"
Oh and one of the best things about this game is that it was designed by Shinji Mikami, the man responsible for the Resident Evil franchise amongst other. Should be good.

PS VITA TV and a New PS VITA Coming Soon
Really happy now that SONY has decided to continue busting out more PS VITA with the second (?) generation PS VITA coming soon PLUS the announcement of the PS VITA TV.
So how is this different from the vita. Simply put, the TV is the equivalent of a souped up Playstation 1 while the Vita is the PSP on steroids.
But seriously the TV is the exact replica of the Vita only that it eliminated the screen and relies on a TV. This is where the fun continues as you get to play the Vita, PSP and Playstation 1 games in a larger format.

Controller plugs into the USB port, TV goes to the HDMI port and the game is plugged into the built in access area.
You also get to watch movies PLUS you get to do all of this using the patented Playstation controller. Swell.
Up next is the new PS Vita.

The next wave of PS Vitas is dubbed as the PCH-2000 Series. According to reports, this Vita is "20% thinner and 15% lighter" than it's predecessor. And it packs an additional hour of use rounding it off to a total of four hours on constant use and six if it's on standby.

I definitely love the color combination. The all-yellow one is a eye candy. MUST HAVE!

Another great thing about the new batch is it's cheaper compared to it's older brother. You can score one for around $200 or Php 8000 (outside of local taxes). Let's just hope that the local sellers don't charge us an arm and leg.

New Mega Forms for Charizard, Blastoise and Venusaur for Pokemon X and Y
Not to be left outdated and uncool with the original starting three POKEMON, Nintendo has released new details regarding a surprise treat for fans of the original starting three POKEMON (that's Charizard, Blastoise and Venusaur).
So here's what they would look like in the new game:
Obviously some people hate the new look while others are praising it. I'm of the later mostly because it's both a tribute to the original three starting Pokemon and at the same time keeping up with the times. I totally dig the fiercer new look for Charizard but I could hardly understand why they would put additional wings on it's arms. Blastoise's new megaform is just plain awesome and Venusar again gets the short end of the stick.
These new evolutions will be available with the new 3DS game POKEMON X and POKEMON Y comes out.

Character Driven Trailer for GRAND THEFT AUTO V
Where did I hear a news bit that the main character for GRAND THEFT AUTO V (or GTA V) was supposed to be the Tommy from Vice City? Any way, I'm still interested in getting my hands on this game. Here's the latest trailer for GTA V folks.
Los Santos: a sprawling sun-soaked metropolis full of self-help gurus, starlets and fading celebrities, once the envy of the Western world, now struggling to stay afloat in an era of economic uncertainty and cheap reality TV. Amidst the turmoil, three very different criminals plot their own chances of survival and success:
Franklin, a street hustler looking for real opportunities and serious money; Michael, a professional ex-con whose retirement is a lot less rosy than he hoped it would be; and Trevor, a violent maniac driven by the chance of a cheap high and the next big score. Running out of options, the crew risks everything in a series of daring and dangerous heists that could set them up for life.
Grand Theft Auto V takes place in the largest, most dynamic and most diverse open world game that Rockstar Games has ever created, blending storytelling and gameplay in new ways as players repeatedly jump in and out of the lives of the game’s three protagonists.
