Seriously, if you've got the cash (or credit) to spare, go ahead and add some kickstarter funding for this film KUNG FURY.

KUNG FURY is an over-the-top action comedy written and directed by David Sandberg. The movie features: arcade-robots, dinosaurs, nazis, vikings, norse gods, mutants and a super kung fu-cop called Kung Fury, all wrapped up in an 80s style action packed adventure.

And if that's not enough, they have babes with uzis riding a T-Rex.

Kickstart This: STARCRAFT UNIVERSE

There's a brand new kickstarter project for WOW (World of Warcraft) clone that'll be based on the characters and locales from Blizzard's other hit RTS game Starcraft II. The game itself is called "STARCRAFT: UNIVERSE".

The project is spearheaded by Upheaval Arts and looks oh-so-sweet. The only problem is the lack of Zerg representatives. Let's do a short roundup as to why you should invest.

• It's a surefire win. C'mon it's Starcraft. You'll never EVER have another chance to go and jump from the standard STARCRAFT II to something more akin to WOW. 

• Get the chance to explore new territories and worlds that were either hinted to, mentioned or just completely ignored in the two Starcraft games (plus their expansion packs).
• Kickstart it and get to experience it ahead of others. Surely you get something out of being one of the beta testers right. Like a rare item or some ludicrously powered up skill. Well, there must be something.

Anne Rice and Mike S Miller Funding a Jesus OGN

Anne Rice ditches Lestat the Vampire in favor of our one true savior Jesus Christ.

Catchy enough? Well, in essence this is what the bookselling author is doing through a new Kickstarter project. She's even teamed up with artist Mike S. Miller (who did amazing work in the comic book tie-in for "Injustice: Gods Among Us", as well as the awesome covers for the Game of Thrones comic book adaptation). The new book is entitled "Christ The Lord: The Road to Cana"

Here's the Press Release text from Kickstarter and Anne Rice herself:

"A graphic novel adaptation of Anne Rice's novel about the life of Jesus Christ. Lovingly adapted by Anne Elizabeth “Pulse of Power” and illustrated by Mike S. Miller, artist of the #1 selling digital comic around the globe, DC Comic’s “Injustice: Gods Among Us” and cover artist for George R.R. Martin’s A Game of Thrones.

The story...

In 2008, prolific author Anne Rice released the second book in what would be her most personal project to date, a proposed series depicting the life of Jesus Christ.

"Though well researched in every historical respect, these novels seek to bring to life for the reader Jesus Christ, the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity, and the God who loved us so much that He came to live amongst us for over thirty years before He died for our salvation on the Cross, and rose from the dead.

First Look at Kristen Bell in Veronica Mars Movie

EW.com released a new photo from the set of Kickstarter funded Veronica Mars movie.



Kristen Bell reprises her role as Veronica Mars and will be teaming up with the rest of the cast of the defunct TV show including Enrico Colantoni, Jason Dohring, Percy Daggs III Chris Lowell and Ken Marino. The show ended in 2007 but there has been an eternal clamor for a full length movie.

Surprisingly, when a Kickstarter project was announced it didn't take long for the project to rake in $2 million to start the movie. 

And yes, Bell looks so fine. 

Kickstarter Funded Grimm Fairy Tales Animated Series Now Streaming

The first 3 minute trailer for the pilot episode of the Kickstarter funded Grimm Fairy Tales animated series is now being shown on Zenescope's official youtube channel and it looks wicked (pardon the pun).
