The Underrated Pancit Maciang from San Pedro

Just like anything else in the market the ever loyal pancit has seen a lot of variantions when it comes to flavor and style. Of all the pancit dishes and variants that are out there, there is only one that sticks close to my heart as well as my gut and that would be the "Pancit Maciang" from my hometown of San Pedro, Laguna.

Located in the heart of San Pedro, the Maciang is cheap and tastes great.
