Pop Vinyl Calls in The Cats - The Thundercats

Funko's POP VINYL will soon distribute another retro wave of goodies that will cater to the 80s kids like me. This is in the form of the classic Thundercats.

The set will consist of five figures namely:

Lion-O
Cheetara
Snarf
Mumm-Ra
Panthro

Obviously there's a lot of ground to cover but we can all bet that the remaining Thundercats and mutants will be making an appearance soon. I'm also guessing the 'mummy' version of Mumm-Ra will be out in the market as well.

Thundercats Minimates Wave 5 featuring Bengali and More

The more obscure and lesser known Thundercats gets their moment in the spotlight with the announcement of the release of the fourth wave of Thundercats minimates from Art Asylum.

Interestingly enough, there's a jump as we haven't even seen which characters will appear for Wave 4.

Anyway, the characters from this wave are as follows: (From Left to Right) Pumyra, Berbil Ro-bear Bert, Lynx-O, Bengali and Ratar-O.

Cheetara and Tigra Part of Thundercats Minimates Wave 3

I now beat myself senseless for passing up the opportunity of buying the Thundercats minimates wave 1. Why? Because DST and Art Asylum just released photos for Thundercats minimates wave 3 and it includes Cheetara.

Check out more of the photos after the cut.

What can I say, it seems like this particular toyline is picking up a lot of steam not to mention a lot of hot properties such as the Thundercats.
