New Hi-Res Images for Star Trek Into Darkness

The much anticipated sequel to "Star Trek" entitled "Star Trek Into Darkness" is very pretty to look at and to whet our appetites before it's release within the year, here are several new hi-res images from the film.

 

Mind you some of the images have already appeared in the first trailer for the film. Still it's a pretty cool spectacle.

My heart beats harder everything I see Zoe Saldana's Uhara...











You know, I really wish we could see more of Old Spock. Leonard Nimoy's cameo appearance in the first movie definitely sold it for me. Who could possibly make a cameo here?



Oh and would you like at that, Chris Pine's James T. Kirk does have a strong resemblance to his dad Thor (Chris Hemsworth) who died saving the world. 



Still the biggest mystery here is who the fuck Benedict Cumberbatch character is. I mean, if he's not the iconic, rebooted version of Khan then who else could he be? 

If he's not Khan then I'm all for making him just a new bad guy with a huge chip on his shoulder.
