These new zombies are leaner and definitely creepier; more importantly this is going to give Rick Grimes and the rest of his group a hard time to evade and stave off.
The trailer for "The Walking Dead" season 4 is due to come out July 19 (Friday)

Norman Reedus Teases New Zombie Terror for The Walking Dead Season 4
Actor Norman Reedus who plays fan favorite Daryl Dixon teases "The Walking Dead" fans about the zombies they would have to contend with for the show's fourth season. He says “They’ve introduced a way to make zombies scary again, and they’re terrifying. The new threat is just unreal. I can’t of course tell you what that is, but it’s brilliant writing.”
These new zombies are leaner and definitely creepier; more importantly this is going to give Rick Grimes and the rest of his group a hard time to evade and stave off.

World War Z Review
Here's my take on Brad Pitt's World War Z courtesy of course by Solaire Resort.
A little primer before we actually start the review. World War Z is lifted from a book written by Max Brooks. It's written as a fictionalized recounting of survivor stories before, during and after the zombie pandemic that occurred in the near future. There are several characters in the book, they never intersect but they all share similarities. It's a tale of triumph and tragedy and human resilience in the face of extinction. It's a really great book.
That being said, Brad Pitt's version of World War Z isn't in the same page as that of Brooks' work. If anything, they only share the name and the main antagonist. I'll quote the bleedingcool.com review as to how the film shoul've been treated:
"If the film’s title had been something like ‘Tales From World War Z: #1, Gerry Lane’ I think fewer devotees of the book would be so incensed that the movie had very little to do with the source material."

The Walking Dead's Michonne Now has a Statue
No, not that kind of statue but pretty close enough. MTV Geek shares this incredible decorative piece featuring Michonne in action with her trademark katana plus two unlucky zombies about to be dismembered.
The statue was created by McFarlane toys and has a price tag of $295.00. Rather than list down the stats, visit MTV Geek and find out more. I bet Robert Kirkman is jumping for joy with the creation of this resin statue.

Amazon.com is jumping on "The Walking Dead" bandwagon with the release of new images for an upcoming exclusive set featuring two zombies, Michonne and Rick Grimes.
Diamond Select Toys brings us more Walking Dead Minimates. The first series of Walking Dead Minimates has been selling out in stores on both sides of the Atlantic, leading to a worldwide zombie shortage! The set includes two new zombies, a Roamer and a Lurker, plus all-new versions of Michonne (with angry expression) and Rick Grimes (in prison garb, with battle damage). Each Minimate stands 2 inches tall with 14 points of articulation, and features interchangeable and removable parts. The set also includes Rick’s shotgun and pistol and Michonne’s sword, and will be available on Amazon.com in mid-December.
