Kaare Andrew's Avengers Plus X-Men Looks Wicked

Kaare Andrews is getting back on my radar thanks to his great looking artwork. You really have to check out his work on AvX VS # 4. Now the artist shows his skills in rendering Spidey and Beast.

I love the way he did Kitty Pryde together with Lockheed on the top lefthand corner. Too bad we see more of Lockheed rather than Kitty.

Kaare Andrews is getting back in the game as he draws the titanic battle between Thor and Emma Frost who happens to be powered up by the Phoenix Force.

SPOILERS: AvX Vs # 3

Who won the matches for AvX Vs # 3 written by Jeph Loeb and Chris Yost with art by Ed McGuiness and Terry Dodson.

The first battle was quite the powerhouse fight. The Thing versus The Juggernaut/ Colossus.  Unfortunately for Benjamin J. Grimm, he gets clobbered outside the Blue Area of the Moon. 

 

Scratched that, he wasn't clobbered, he got socked good with a powerful haymaker from Peter.

Captain America vs Gambit in AvX Vs # 2 Preview

Captain America and Gambit tangle in the interior covers for Avengers vs X-Men Vs or more commonly known as "AvX Vs".

 

These interior pages are actually done by Civil War artist Steve McNiven. 

Interestingly enough there's a lot of additional details regarding this battle. One of the biggest questions I have right now is why the heck did Gambit ambush Captain America.

Oh well, I guess we have to wait for the release of AvX and subsequently AvX Vs. which will be done by Marvel's greatest writers and artists.
