New Mystique Still and How It Connects

There's a new X-Men: Days of Future Past still where Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence) is seen thrashing a bunch of military types. If you haven't seen it, it's the one below:

I'm not 100% but this scene really reminds me of that photo that showed Alex Summers/ Havok (Lucas Till) hanging around in army fatigues. You can check out said photo HERE. 

I think, Mystique shows up to save or convince Alex to return to the fold and join the team in order to fight off Trask, the US Government and the Sentinels. But that's just a speculation on my part. Maybe she's there to kill Havok. That could be.
