There's No Voltes V Remake by GMA Folks

Trending on Facebook right now is a photo of classic mecha Voltes V standing beside Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Manila. Together with the image is a caption stating that local TV station GMA 7 will be doing a supposed "remake" of the classic mecha series.

All I have to say is "BWAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAH!"

People, please don't be so stupid   small minded into believing all the crap and every word that is being placed on Facebook. You're better than this. There is no "VOLTES V REMAKE" nor will there ever be. And no, not to belittle GMA-7, but they lack the manpower and technological capacity to create the effects et al for making this "rumor" into reality.

I'm just an angry fanboy now with the way things are (with all the comments pointing out that the people are believing that this will happen and that they are merely pissed that its GMA that will do it).

If you really are looking for something related to this guy, you might want to wait for the Gaiking live action project which was revealed a few years ago...



So no, don't believe the hype, don't believe anything related to this "project". It was a photoshopped artwork which made waves around 2010. My Flipgeeks compadre Tony and some of my friends in CKP (Comic Kolektor Philippines; namely Carlo) were even talking about this years ago.
