The Evolution of Bruce Wayne in New TV Spot for Batman: Arkham Origins

We get to see Bruce Wayne grow up into the (Bat)man he's meant to be in this new TV Spot for the game Batman: Arkham Origins.

That is a very cool commercial for a video game.

Speaking of which Batman: Arkham Origins will be released around the end of October so you might want to pre-order now. It's also available for the Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360.

Play Batman: Arkham Origins in the Adam West Batman '66 Skin

That's if you will be playing the game with a Playstation 3 console. This and another skin will be available in the "Knightfall Pack" for Batman Arkham Origins.

Here's the full look at the Batman '66 Skin for Batman Arkham Origins:

Newsarama also reports that the Origins "Knightfall Pack" will also consist of a total of five challenge maps. Three of these maps will be combat based and the remaining two will use the Predator gameplay approach much like what we've seen in Arkham City.

Oh and lest I forget, the other Batman skin available for Batman Arkham Origins is the Jean Paul Valley Batman which is the darker, grimmer and more armored version of the Caped Crusader.

Batman Arkham Origins will be released October 25, 2013 and will be released for the Playstation 3, PC and XBox 360.

Character Driven Trailer for GRAND THEFT AUTO V

Where did I hear a news bit that the main character for GRAND THEFT AUTO V (or GTA V) was supposed to be the Tommy from Vice City? Any way, I'm still interested in getting my hands on this game. Here's the latest trailer for GTA V folks.

Los Santos: a sprawling sun-soaked metropolis full of self-help gurus, starlets and fading celebrities, once the envy of the Western world, now struggling to stay afloat in an era of economic uncertainty and cheap reality TV. Amidst the turmoil, three very different criminals plot their own chances of survival and success:

Franklin, a street hustler looking for real opportunities and serious money; Michael, a professional ex-con whose retirement is a lot less rosy than he hoped it would be; and Trevor, a violent maniac driven by the chance of a cheap high and the next big score. Running out of options, the crew risks everything in a series of daring and dangerous heists that could set them up for life.

Grand Theft Auto V takes place in the largest, most dynamic and most diverse open world game that Rockstar Games has ever created, blending storytelling and gameplay in new ways as players repeatedly jump in and out of the lives of the game’s three protagonists.

Also check out these great artworks for GTA V.

Why does Trevor look like Jay-Z?

Grand Theft Auto V is set to hit the PS3 and Xbox 360 on September 17th, 2013.

ZATANNA is the Next DLC Character for Injustice: Gods Among Us

The sultry magician ZATANNA is set to join the ever expanding roster of characters for the hit fighting game INJUSTICE: GODS AMONG US.

While I like Zatanna, her appearance here for the game doesn't add anything interesting. And she hardly says anything backwards, which is like, her trademark. Check out the video to find out for yourself what I'm talking about.

Zatanna releases as downloadable content August 13 on Xbox Live Marketplace for 400 MS Points and on PlayStation Network for $4.99.

First Look at the DC Collectibles' Batman Arkham Origins Batman figure

Here's a quickie; it's actually the new Batman action figure from DC Collectibles in line with this year's Batman Arkham Origins game for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360

Compared to the other two or more Batman figures that came out for Batman Arkham City and Batman Arkham Asylum, this one looks really great. Oh and cannot wait to get my hands on this figure as well:

Xbox 360 Users Should Blame The Following for Metal Gear Solid Legacy Absence

Metal Gear Solid creator and gaming deity Hideo Kojimo went on his radio show to discuss the absence of the long awaited Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection for Xbox 360 users and fans.

So who should we Xbox gamers blame for the absence of this astounding set?

The Phantom Pain Trailer Surfaces

Hideo Kojima is still keeping mum on the truth behind the new Konami game 'The Phantom Pain' which uses the new Fox Engine and is developed by new company Moby Dick Studio.

Check out the trailer after the cut plus some screenshots.

Now check out some of the screenshots from the trailer with a bit of comments.

1. The main character's back is always seen so we rarely get to see his face. The final moments of the trailer did treat us to a view of the protagonist who looks very much like a certain commando we know as Big Boss/ Solid Snake.

If that's still not enough, here's a bigger and better picture of the mysterious new character from Siliconera

2.  The mystery man even crawls very much like how Snake crawls.

3.  There's also death, mystery, flames and running...

4. There's also the mystery people who aren't the protagonist including what seems to be the horse that once belonged to The Boss in Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater and the mysterious figure named Joakim N. Mogren.

The Phantom Pain will be available for the Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360.

Update: The good folks at THE VIDEO GAME GUILD (looking at you Leandro) that Kojima has no direct connection to this project and that the bandaged man isn't Joakim (it's actually an anagram for Kojima), which doesn't make sense since Hideo san ain't involved. blergh.

Cable and Domino Set to Appear in Deadpool Game

Fans eagerly anticipating the release of the "Deadpool" game should probably be more excited since it's been unofficially revealed that longtime Deadpool associates Cable (Nathan Summers) and Domino will be appearing in Wade Wilson's console game.

The news was to be originally released through the Xbox 360 Online Magazine but Deadpool creator and Cable's co-creator Rob Liefeld decided to break it all out pictures and all.

REVIEW: Darksiders II

Reviewing Darksiders II from THQ...

Real quick here since I just picked up the game for the Xbox 360. I'm breaking down this review into segments which would be based on the elements on the game.

In this sequel we take on the role of Death who is on the mission to save his brother War from punishment after the events of the first Darksiders game. His plan is to resurrect the human race to erase his brother's "crimes".
